1. Delivery of Digital Services
Because RAMAN operates entirely within the digital IT space, we do not ship physical products. "Delivery" in the context of our business refers to:
- The transmission of digital files, document formats, or software links via email or direct download.
- The successful completion of a requested online task (e.g., professional form filling).
- The commencement and completion of a scheduled 1-on-1 consultation session.
2. Cancellation Policy
We recognize that plans can change. If you need to cancel a requested service, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Standard Cancellation Window: You may cancel your service request without penalty within 24 hours of placing the order, strictly provided that our team has not already commenced work on the execution of your service (e.g., form filling, technical consultation preparation).
- Procedure for Cancellation: To formally request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately via email at Contact@MrRaman.com. Please include your full name, transaction ID, and the specific reason for cancellation.
- Late Cancellations: Any cancellation requests submitted after the 24-hour window, or requests made after the service delivery has already begun, will not be eligible for cancellation or a refund under any circumstances.
3. Refund Eligibility & Conditions
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are strictly honored under the following specific conditions:
- Failure to Deliver: If we are completely unable to provide the promised IT service or consultation due to technical limitations or unforeseen issues exclusively on our end, a full 100% refund will be automatically initiated.
- Duplicate Transactions: If you accidentally process a duplicate payment for the exact same service, the duplicate charge will be refunded upon our financial verification.
- Reporting Timeframe: To be eligible for any refund review, the client must raise a formal request within 3 days (72 hours) of the transaction date. Requests beyond this timeframe will be politely declined.
4. Strictly Non-Refundable Items & Services
Due to the nature of digital goods and personal time allocation, the following deliverables are strictly exempt from refunds:
- Digital Downloads: Any templates, formats, digital courses, or software tools once the download link has been clicked or the file has been dispatched to your email.
- Completed Services: Any technical service (such as form-filling) that has been successfully executed and delivered to the client.
- Consultation Time: Scheduled 1-on-1 calls or consultations that the user failed to attend without prior notice (No-shows).
5. Refund Processing Mechanics
- Approval: Once your cancellation or refund request is reviewed and formally approved by our team, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Routing: Approved refunds will be initiated immediately and credited strictly back to your original method of payment (e.g., the original Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI ID, or Net Banking account used). We cannot refund to alternative accounts.
- Processing Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account statement. Processing speeds are heavily dependent on your bank and the payment gateway provider.
